KA0SBOT REFUND POLICY

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which KA0SBOT may issue refunds for our subscription services. While we aim to provide reliable service, KA0SBOT does not guarantee 100% uptime, and occasional service interruptions may occur as part of normal operations.

14-Day Cancellation Right

New subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, simply contact our support team through the channels listed below before the 14-day period expires. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund of your initial payment.

Note: This 14-day cancellation right applies only to the initial subscription purchase and not to automatic renewals.

Subscription Refunds After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day cancellation period, refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  1. Service Unavailability: Extended periods where KA0SBOT’s core services are non-functional or severely impaired (Note: Brief service interruptions and scheduled maintenance are normal and do not qualify for refunds)
  2. Technical Issues: Persistent technical problems that significantly impact service usability
  3. Billing Errors: Incorrect or duplicate charges to your account

Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  1. Change of mind or no longer needing the service after the 14-day cancellation period
  2. Failure to cancel subscription before renewal
  3. Partial month or unused portion of service after the 14-day cancellation period
  4. Issues resulting from violation of our Terms of Service

  3. Provide your account details and reason for the request

Review Process

  1. All refund requests outside the 14-day cancellation period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  2. The final decision is at the discretion of KA0SBOT management
  3. We aim to process all refund and cancellation requests within 5 business days

Payment of Approved Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Partial refunds may be offered in certain circumstances
